1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Minecraft List ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Minecraft List is a server listing platform that allows Minecraft server owners to list their servers and players to discover and vote for servers. The Service includes server tracking, player statistics, plugin tracking, and historical data.

3. User Accounts

Some features require authentication via Discord. By linking your Discord account, you agree to share your Discord username and profile information with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Server Listings

By listing a server on Minecraft List, you represent that:

  • You are the owner or an authorized representative of the server.
  • The server does not host illegal content or promote illegal activities.
  • The server description is accurate and not misleading.
  • The server does not distribute malware or engage in phishing.

We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms.

5. Voting

Users may vote for servers once every 24 hours per server. Vote manipulation, including but not limited to using bots, VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts to inflate votes, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reset votes and ban users or servers engaged in vote manipulation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Manipulate votes, rankings, or any other metrics on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Minecraft List and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Server owners retain ownership of their server names, descriptions, and associated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Server statistics, player counts, and other data are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Minecraft List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for any content, actions, or policies of third-party servers listed on the platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
